Mosarrat Shazia Kabir is a Computer Science and Engineering graduate from North South University with extensive experience in software development, applied research, and geospatial technologies. She is currently employed as a Research Consultant (Programmer) at CEGIS, where she has contributed to impactful national projects for organizations such as the Bangladesh Forest Department (BFD), Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Authority (BIWTA), Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB), and Bangladesh Climate Change Trust (BCCT).

Her professional expertise encompasses mobile and web application development, database management, and GIS-based solutions, with strong technical proficiency in Flutter (Dart), Java for Android, Python/Django, ASP.NET, and PHP. She has hands-on experience in RESTful API integration and CI/CD pipeline implementation, enabling the delivery of efficient, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

Prior to her current role, she worked as a GIS Data Analyst at the Institute of Water Modelling (IWM), where she was responsible for managing large-scale geo-databases and supporting spatial data analysis. She also gained software engineering experience as a Junior Software Developer at Leotech, where she contributed to ERP systems, dynamic websites, and user interface design.
